In this exclusive video interaction with Express Computer, Kumaravel Ramakrishnan, Director of Technology at ManageEngine, examines the widening gap between AI adoption and enterprise-wide deployment, the challenges of governing machine identities at scale, and the limits of human-centric identity and access management.
He also discusses the potential convergence of identity security and IT service management as enterprises move towards agentic AI, and what it will take to make autonomous IT operations a practical reality.
