New deals cover an industrial facility and HDB precast supply.
Soilbuild Construction Group has secured approximately $103m in new contracts, including additional work for an existing project, bringing its order book to about $809m.
The contracts include the construction of an industrial facility in northeastern Singapore, which is expected to receive its temporary occupation permit by the first quarter (Q1) of 2028.
The company also secured a deal to supply and deliver precast components for a Housing and Development Board public housing project in Bukit Merah, scheduled for completion by Q2 2028.
In addition, Soilbuild received a variation order involving an expanded scope of work for an existing construction project, which is expected to be completed by Q2 2027.
Soilbuild Construction executive director and group CEO Lim Han Ren said the company remains selective in pursuing new projects.
"We remain disciplined in our tendering approach, prioritising opportunities that align with our capabilities and commercial objectives," Lim said.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW
Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.
Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.
We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.
If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
