Bermudian swimmer Elijah Daley won the men’s 200-metre individual medley as the University of Toronto competed at the Dino Invitational in Calgary.
The meet took place at the University of Calgary Aquatic Centre on October 24 and 25, with Toronto facing swimmers from Calgary and Lethbridge.
Daley’s victory formed part of a Toronto one-two finish in the 200-metre individual medley on the opening day. The Varsity Blues men won the final four events of the session, including the 200-metre medley relay.
Toronto’s men finished first on both days of competition, while the university’s women placed second on the opening day before winning the second day.
