The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced a 15-member squad for the ACC Men’s U19 Asia Cup 2026, with Farhan Yousuf named captain for the tournament in Oman from November 5 to 14.
Defending champion Pakistan will compete in Group A alongside India, Nepal and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Malaysia make up Group B of the eight-team tournament.
Pakistan retained 13 players from the side that beat England 3-1 in a four-match Youth ODI series in September. Ali Raza and Huzaifa Ahsan are the only selected players who were not part of that squad.
Abdul Qadir and Hamza Zahoor are the wicketkeeper-batters, while Usman Khan, Hayam Khan, Jahangir Bilal and Huzaifa Ahsan form the batting group alongside captain Farhan.
Ahmed Hussain and Hasnain Abbas Dar provide the all-round options. The pace attack includes Abdul Subhan, Mohammad Seyam, Ali Raza and Rizwanullah, with left-arm wrist-spinner Mohammad Huzaifa and left-arm spinner Niqab Shafiq completing the bowling lineup.
Pakistan won the previous edition in the UAE, defeating India by 191 runs in the final at the ICC Academy Ground in Dubai.
The team will begin its title defense against the UAE on November 6 at OCA Ground 2. Pakistan will then face India on November 8 and Nepal on November 10, with both matches taking place at OCA Ground 1.
The semifinals are scheduled for November 12, followed by the final on November 14. All matches will begin at 10 a.m. Pakistan Standard Time (PKT).
