Japanese guitar brand Ibanez has announced an official collaboration with the popular anime series Dragon Ball Z, featuring a range of instruments and accessories set to reach authorised dealers worldwide in early 2027.
The collection includes electric guitars, a bass, a piccolo guitar, a Tube Screamer effects pedal, guitar bags, straps, picks and T-shirts, featuring characters including Goku, Vegeta, Gohan and Piccolo.
The designs draw on the anime's characters and imagery, with Goku and Gohan appearing on a Japan-made RG electric guitar, while Goku and Vegeta feature on other instruments. The collection also includes a special edition of Ibanez's Tube Screamer TS808 overdrive pedal.
More than 10 items are planned for release in Japan and other international markets. Ibanez has yet to announce prices or exact release dates.
