Comprehensive Services Support Visitors and Worshippers at Prophet's Mosque
The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, in cooperation with relevant agencies, provides comprehensive services to visitors and worshippers of many nationalities at the Prophet's Mosque, enabling them to perform their rituals with ease.
The authority manages crowds at entrances and along walkways, and guides visitors to the mosque's facilities with multilingual signs, electronic screens, and awareness messages. Its service centers operate around the clock, offering guidance and support.
It also provides manual and electric carts and Zamzam water, runs cleaning and sterilization programs, and maintains cooling systems in the men's and women's sections. Multilingual guidance is available, and access to Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah is organized through scheduled bookings on the Nusuk app.
These services reflect the authority's commitment to enriching the experience of visitors and pilgrims at the Prophet's Mosque.
