Bryan had also received offers from East Tennessee State, North Alabama, UT Martin, and Austin Peay. He’s been a longtime Georgia fan, so it’s only natural that he committed to the program. His dad is also a Georgia fan, which makes it even better.
He plays for the Battle Ground Academy in Tennessee and threw for 2,006 yards and 30 touchdowns this season.
Georgia’s 2027 recruiting class
Georgia has 24 commits in its 2027 recruiting class, which ranks ninth in the country, per 247Sports. Smart will have a chance to add to the class and flip some recruits before National Signing Day.
On the field, Georgia is 6-1 overall and plays Florida next Saturday. Kickoff will be at 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC.
