Wayne Rooney was looking rather sunburned in a new video of himself posted after he jetted back from his recent Marrakech break with wife Coleen.
The footballer, 41, was looking decidedly puce in his Stick To United podcast which was released on Tuesday and saw him ripping into Manchester United players.
Wayne's new red glow follows a recent glow-up, which includes his weight loss, much documented nose job and Invisalign tweakments.
He looked incredibly trim as he laid into Manchester United players after yet another humiliating defeat, letting down his friend and ex-team-mate Michael Carrick, 45.
Wayne said: 'I would love to ask what type of performance do you think this is? Do you think you deserve to wear that shirt?
'Put a f***ing firework up their a**e because they're f***ing not doing anything.'
United's abject 3-0 home defeat by Bournemouth after their 4-1 demolition at Como has seen the crisis club plumb new depths but the manager has been given the chance to fight on and turn the season around.

The Manchester United star has undergone a dramatic transformation in recent months, including a nose job, and a slimmed-down physique (left in his Disney+ show and right in 2024)
The apparent lack of effort for Carrick, the fans and the club that United's highly-paid stars are delivering has enraged club legend Wayne.
During Wayne's recent getaway, Coleen slipped into a bikini top and leopard print swimsuit as she and slimline Wayne enjoyed a 'beautiful few days away in Marrakech'.
While Coleen loves nothing more than basking in the sun for hours, Wayne said it's his worst nightmare due to his sensitive skin, on his Disney+ docuseries, The Real Rooneys.
The father-of-four spoke about his hatred of sunbathing because of his sensitive skin on his new reality show.
After a publicity blitz earlier this month to promote the successful show, the pair have been enjoying some time away together as a couple without their children.
'Beautiful few days away in Marrakech,' Coleen penned in the caption of her new Instagram post.
Wayne appears to be turning back the clock in recent pictures of himself following his recent glow-up.
He has undergone a dramatic transformation in recent months, including a nose job, a slimmed-down physique and Invisalign to transform his smile.
He showed off his new look as he headed to Soho House in Manchester with a group of pals, having finished promoting his new docuseries.
Coleen and Wayne have recently jetted back from a trip to Marrakech where they've been celebrating the success of their new Disney+ docuseries The Real Rooneys
The couple have given fans an intimate look inside their family life with sons Kai, 16, Klay, 13, Kit, ten, and Cass, eight, in their new £10million fly-on-the-wall show, The Real Rooneys, which was filmed last year.
Asked to share the secret to his weight loss, Wayne said: 'Apparently I've seen recently I've been taking this pen thing about me, [Ozempic].
'It's a shame, because I'm working really hard to lose weight. Apparently I've been on the pen.'
The couple then discussed Wayne's recent nose job, with Coleen adding: 'I thought you were gonna say then, my nose wasn't a cosmetic job, it was a medical job!'
Wayne clarified that his wife was the one who encouraged him to go under the knife, after he broke his nose while playing for DC United.
Coleen added: 'I tried to get him to do it because of his snoring,' while her husband clarified: 'I couldn't blow one side out of my nose and so I had it fixed.'
She herself is no stranger to the gym, having regularly been spotted heading home from her daily workouts, and the mother-of-four said her exercise routine helps keep her sane during her busy schedule.
She said: 'It's one of those things, I have to go to the gym to maintain because I'm only short, I want to enjoy my food.
'If I don't work at it I will put weight on and so that's something I have to do for myself, and to feel good, so I do go to Pilates.
'I enjoy it and for now for me to just focus on something else, that's always been part of my routine.'
The upcoming ten-episode documentary covers a pivotal year in the Rooney household, after Wayne was sacked as football manager for Plymouth Argyle, swapping the touchline for school runs.
Wayne first shared the results of his nose job back in August after revealing he’d had an operation to fix it after breaking it twice during his football career.
The ex-England captain first revealed he'd had the operation on his new podcast Stick to United, which he presents with football influencer Mark Goldbridge, a week after having surgery.
He revealed that he was feeling 'a little bit uncomfortable' following the surgery.
He said: 'It's actually really lucky I've got no black eyes, but I've still got two plastic tubes up my nose, which are coming out very soon. I can't wait for them to come out.
'So, they've cut here [under my nostrils]... So, that's all stitched – a little bit uncomfortable.'
Wayne said the first time he broke his nose was during an FA Cup game against Preston North End in 2015 while playing for United.
He added that he remembered the game for 'a bit of a dive' he made to win a penalty.
Wayne continued: 'And then when I went to DC, I broke my nose again. That was a bad one then.
'So I needed surgery, but I've never had it. Put it off. And then this summer I thought get the World Cup out the way and I'll get it done. So had it done last week. Went well, but these tubes were horrible.'
The sportsman later recalled that during the same 3-1 victory against Preston at Deepdale, his former team-mate Marouane Fellaini also broke his nose.
'But he missed the next couple of games. I didn't miss any games,' he added.
Breaking his nose multiple times will have likely affected Wayne's nasal septum and cartilage, which can lead to issues with breathing.
The plastic tubes inserted during the surgery will keep the nostrils open during the healing process.
He broke his nose a second time three years later while playing for DC United during a 2-1 win against MLS rivals Colorado Rapids.
