Kim Kardashian, styled by Law Roach, is the drama. While promoting her series All’s Fair, the multi-hyphenate has been on quite a style streak brought to life by the celebrity-favored image architect. And her latest ensemble makes it hard to look away.
Today, Kardashian and her costars attended the Hulu show’s season two premiere at the 21st Rome Film Festival. And for the grand red carpet, Kardashian pulled out an even grander look: a black-and-white polka-dot gown from the Galia Lahav Fall 2027 collection. The bold, playful piece was taken straight off the New York Bridal Fashion Week runway, and certainly gives traditional wedding attire a fresh, funky spin.
The gown has a plunging sweetheart neckline and a corset bodysuit bodice, which is broken up by open slits lined with pretty scalloped lace on either hip. From there, a billowing skirt flows down to the floor.
The daring silhouette accentuated Kardashian’s own—something that Roach has been playing with since he began styling her. Just look at the leopard-print corset gown he pulled from the Saint Laurent Haute Couture Fall 1986 collection for her to wear this weekend in Rome, or the ivory 1951 Balenciaga gown he styled her in for the Academy Museum Gala.
Today, Roach chose a pair of Jimmy Choo pumps to pair with the Galia Lahav gown, though they were entirely hidden by the voluminous skirt. As for glam, Dimitris Giannetos put the Skims founder in a bouncy high ponytail, while Melissa Hurkman perfected Kardashian’s big-lashes-and-glossy-pink-lip look.
Kardashian’s dotted outfit reminded slightly of the polka-dot Valentino by Alessandro Michele gown her younger sister Kendall Jenner wore to the Academy Museum Gala last weekend for her glamorous date night with boyfriend Jacob Elordi. Great minds think alike!
