The Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, Senator Abubakar Kyari, has expressed confidence that the All Progressives Congress (APC) will secure victory in the 2027 presidential election and return President Bola Tinubu for a second term.
Kyari congratulated Tinubu, Vice-President Kashim Shettima, the APC National Chairman, the Director-General of the party’s Presidential Campaign Council and other party members on the successful flag-off of the presidential campaign in Kaduna State.
In a statement issued by Villa Infostratic, the minister said the ruling party was positioned to secure a resounding victory in the forthcoming general elections.
Kyari, who served as the APC’s Acting National Chairman during the 2023 general elections, also expressed confidence that the party would win elective positions across the country, from the presidency to grassroots offices.
He urged Nigerians to maintain confidence in Tinubu’s leadership, saying the President was working to unite the country and deliver sustained economic prosperity to citizens.
The minister’s remarks come as the APC intensifies its campaign activities ahead of the 2027 general elections, seeking to consolidate support for Tinubu’s re-election bid.
