KYZN, a one-stop family and social wellness club, introduces KYZN @SOCIO BSD (HIERA), a sports, fitness and wellness destination designed to support an active and healthy lifestyle for individuals and families in the HIERA and BSD areas and their surroundings.
Embracing the concept of a Family Sports & Wellness Club, KYZN @SOCIO BSD (HIERA) brings together a variety of sports facilities in one location, including a gym, multipurpose studios, sports courts, and swimming pools for adults and children. These facilities are expected to provide the community with a convenient option for exercising, maintaining fitness and enjoying quality time with family.
“We see great potential for the HIERA and BSD areas to develop into communities with increasingly active and healthy lifestyles. Through KYZN @SOCIO BSD (HIERA), we aim to offer more than just sports facilities; we want to create a destination where families can exercise, enjoy quality time together and build connections with the surrounding community. With a diverse range of facilities, from a gym and sports courts to swimming pools for adults and children, we hope KYZN will become a long-term part of the lifestyle of the HIERA and BSD communities,” said Mayarosa N.A., Chief Commercial Officer of KYZN.
HIERA has also expressed a warm welcome to KYZN’s arrival at SOCIO BSD as part of the area’s development, which prioritises quality facilities and community life.
“We warmly welcome KYZN to SOCIO as part of our shared commitment to providing quality facilities for residents of BSD and the surrounding areas. This initial step reinforces HIERA’s vision of an integrated development that fosters community interaction and a high quality of life. We believe KYZN will become a dynamic activity hub that complements the development of the HIERA area. Congratulations on the soft launch of KYZN. Let us grow together to create a destination that brings lasting value to this area,” said Laurencia Evilyn, Project Director of HIERA.

Family Sports & Wellness for Everyone
KYZN @SOCIO BSD (HIERA) adopts an approach that places families and communities at the heart of a healthy lifestyle. KYZN believes that active habits are easier to establish when exercise becomes part of a family’s routine.
With a diverse range of sports facilities, parents can maintain their fitness, children can enjoy physical activities, and families have more opportunities to spend time being active together.
Beyond supporting physical fitness, the concept also aims to create spaces for social interaction, strengthen family relationships and build a community of people who share an interest in sports and wellness.
KYZN aims to be more than just a place to exercise. It also aspires to become a destination where people in HIERA and BSD can develop sustainable healthy habits.
Six- and 12-Month Club Pass Membership Options
To offer membership options that suit the needs of the community, KYZN @SOCIO BSD (HIERA) provides Club Pass memberships with six- and 12-month terms.
These options are designed for individuals and families who wish to make sports and wellness part of their regular routines. With integrated facilities and a variety of activities available, KYZN hopes its Club Pass will appeal to people seeking access to sports facilities in an environment that supports an active lifestyle and family togetherness.
HIERA Couple Promotion and Community Promotion
As part of its efforts to welcome the HIERA community and encourage more people to adopt an active lifestyle, KYZN @SOCIO BSD (HIERA) is also introducing the HIERA Couple Promotion and Community Promotion.
The HIERA Couple Promotion is designed for couples who wish to enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle together, while the Community Promotion gives groups and communities the opportunity to enjoy KYZN’s sports and wellness facilities together.
Through these two programmes, KYZN hopes to encourage greater participation in sporting activities, strengthen relationships between couples and community members, and foster a more active and healthy social environment.
