The photograph shows Uhuru standing at the centre of a large group of young people on a well-kept green lawn, flanked by dense trees and a light-coloured building in the background.
How did Kenyatta Trust celebrate Uhuru?
He is dressed in a short-sleeved button-up shirt featuring a bold blue, green, and white abstract floral pattern, paired with dark trousers and a belt.
He is visibly relaxed, grinning broadly and draping his arms around those beside him.
The young people around him, most dressed in matching black polo shirts with small white logos, appear to be in their late teens to mid-twenties.
Several are flashing peace signs and wide smiles. One young woman in the front of the group stands out in a tiara and a white sash clearly reading Miss Kenyatta Trust, adding a celebratory touch to the already joyful scene.
The organisation shared the image with a heartfelt caption honouring the former president's belief in education as a driver of social change.
"Today, we celebrate your visionary leadership and unwavering belief in education as a force for transforming lives, families and communities.
Thank you for empowering young people and inspiring us to learn, grow and innovate in pursuit of meaningful change beyond the classroom. From all of us at Kenyatta Trust, we wish you a blessed and joyful birthday," the post read.
The Kenyatta Trust is a youth-focused organisation that supports access to education and skills development for young Kenyans, with Uhuru having championed its mission over the years.
The post generated a wave of warm messages from followers who were clearly delighted by the rare glimpse into Uhuru's world beyond formal state occasions.
