Paul George contributed with 20 points, as did Derrick White (16 points) and Jordan Walsh (15).
Per NBC Sports Boston stats expert Dick Lipe, Tatum is the second Celtic with 40+ points, eight rebounds, no turnovers, and a buzzer-beating game-winner. He joins Larry Bird, who last did it in 1990.
It was the third straight win for the Celtics. Boston will aim to continue the momentum on Friday when the team hosts the Bulls in NBA Cup action.
