Leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Emevor Ward 7, Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State, have resolved to unite and mobilise support for the party’s candidates ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The decision followed a strategic leadership meeting held on Sunday, where party leaders pledged to work together to secure victory for President Bola Tinubu, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, Senator Joel-Onowakpo Thomas, member representing Isoko Federal Constituency, Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko, and Chief Frank Ozue for Delta State House of Assembly Isoko North State Constituency II.
Speaking at the meeting, the ward leader and Chairman of the Delta State Hospitals Management Board, Dr Paul Oweh, said Emevor had benefited significantly from projects being executed by the Oborevwori administration, particularly the Emevor-Orogun Road.

He said the construction of the Emevor-Orogun Road was a major intervention that had brought relief and renewed hope to residents, adding that the project should encourage the people to reciprocate the governor’s commitment to the area through their votes.
The APC leader disclosed that the state campaign council had been constituted, while campaign structures at the ward and unit levels would be inaugurated soon to strengthen grassroots mobilisation ahead of the elections.
Also speaking, the President-General of Emevor Progress Union and Executive Assistant to the Governor on Beautification, Chief Emmanuel Erezih, called on the people to close ranks and support the governor in appreciation of the road project.
