Pastry Week was arguably more successful than Bread Week which turbulent Technical challenge saw all of the remaining bakers' attempts fall short.
Even judge Nigella Lawson joked they should be forced to eat their creations as a punishment.
The contestants were tasked with baking eight flatbreads with a grape and blue cheese filling.
However, the tight cooking time, just one hour, would prove tricky, and in most cases, it led to the flatbreads being left raw.
Paul and Nigella were unimpressed by the creations, with the bread expert noting that all of the bakers should have made their bakes 'paper thin'.
