Trey Hendrickson hit his former quarterback Sunday. The Ravens could not turn those moments into enough disruption to prevent Cincinnati’s second-half takeover. Hendrickson finished Baltimore’s 35-13 loss with two quarterback hits, no sacks, and no tackles in the Week 7 matchup.
Mike Green recorded Baltimore’s only sack. The Ravens totaled six quarterback hits but did not sack Burrow after halftime, when he threw four touchdown passes.
The reunion had drawn considerable attention during the week, but its significance ultimately rested on whether Baltimore could disrupt Cincinnati’s passing game. Early contact helped keep the Bengals scoreless before halftime. That effectiveness disappeared as Burrow repeatedly found answers after the break.
Hendrickson’s lack of a sack does not mean he generated no pressure. His pressure total, win rate, and blocking attention require tracking data before we can fully assess him. The broader contrast was damaging: Cincinnati sacked Huntley four times, while Baltimore could not consistently finish its opportunities against Burrow.
Hendrickson supplied two hits. The Ravens needed more drive-ending plays from the entire front.
