Vzmore has launched the iX9 mini PC. It's powered by the Intel Core Ultra 9 185H, a performance CPU from Meteor Lake. There's a rich port selection, with dual USB4 ports bringing eGPU support. The discounted launch price is $899.
The Vzmore iX9 is a new addition to the company's portfolio, and it's powered by the top-end processor from the Intel Meteor Lake lineup. Of course, that doesn't make it the most powerful mini PC out there, as upper-end Panther Lake and Gorgon Halo models will offer better performance.
However, the Intel Core Ultra 9 185H still stands as a capable CPU for productivity and other heavy workloads. Vzmore has paired it with 24GB of LPDDR5 RAM and highlights that the cooling system allows 65W performance mode. The 8-core Intel Arc iGPU is also good enough for lightweight games and moderate GPU-bound tasks.
For those who might need discrete GPU-level performance, there's eGPU support through the USB4 ports (Nimo RX 7600M XT eGPU curr. $649.99 on Amazon). Speaking of which, the mini PC has a rich port selection, including:
- 5x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A
- 1x USB 2.0 Type-A
- 2x USB4
- 2x 2.5GbE
- 2x HDMI 2.0
- 1x 3.5mm audio
- 1x SD card slot
There are a total of two M.2 slots, and while the company says that the maximum total capacity is 5TB, each should be capable of holding up to an 8TB SSD. Other highlights include a sleek design, WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and a relatively compact form factor.
Vzmore has listed the iX9 in only one configuration, and it comes with a 1TB SSD pre-installed. The retail price is $949, but until November 01, 2026, it's possible to score a $50 discount through the VZNEW50 coupon code.
