La Liga are set to launch an investigation into the attack on Eduardo Camavinga at the Camp Nou after several fans struck the Real Madrid player with flagpoles during the celebrations following Real Madrid’s game-winning goal where the French player delivered the crucial assist.
LaLiga found videos of this incident on Social Media and decided to report them to the Spanish Football Federation’s Disciplinary Committee. Referee Martinez Munuera activated the object-throwing protocol and the play was stopped for more than a minute.
