How to apply for NQCL jobs
All applicants must submit a duly completed NQCL employment application form, a national identity card, relevant academic and professional certificates, a signed application letter, and a detailed curriculum vitae listing three referees.
Applications must be submitted in both hard copy and soft copy in PDF format.
Printed copies should be sealed, marked "confidential," and clearly indicate the job reference number of the position being applied for. The employment form and detailed job descriptions are available on the NQCL website at nqcl.go.ke.
Successful candidates will be placed on a two-year contract, with other terms of service guided by the NQCL's approved Human Resource Instruments.
Career expert Simon Ingari urged applicants to exercise caution when preparing their submissions.
"No canvassing: Any attempt to influence the process leads to disqualification. Ensure your application is error-free, properly formatted, and professional. Follow instructions exactly — wrong codes, missing attachments, or late submissions will be rejected outright," he told TUKO.co.ke.
Ingari can be reached via cv@oyk.co.ke.
