Crypto: Nearly $50 Million of PEPE Under Justin Sun’s Control
The on-chain traceability tools of Arkham Intelligence leave no doubt. Within ten days, massive flows passed through crypto exchange platforms to feed wallets directly linked to Tron founder Justin Sun. In total, his reserves of this memecoin amount to over 7.2 trillion $PEPE tokens, valued close to 51.25 million dollars.
This leading position radically transforms the landscape of this crypto asset, placing Justin Sun at the top of individual holders (whales) with nearly 3% of the circulating supply in his hands.
| Key Indicator | Value / Metric | Analysis / Impact on Crypto |
| Volume held | ~7.2 trillion PEPE | Massive withdrawal of circulating liquidity from markets |
| Estimated value | ~$51.25 million | One of the largest individual bets on a memecoin |
| Share of supply | ~2.82% of the total supply | Direct influence weight on token volatility |
| Price reaction | +3.34% (towards $0.00000452) | Bullish signal triggered by the accumulation announcement |
The impact of this major accumulation on the crypto market was immediate. While the memecoin was going through a technical pullback phase at its support zone, the release of Arkham data caused a sharp return of buyers, pushing $PEPE up by +3.34% in one hour. As Shaun Analysis confirms on X:
PEPE is waking up. The price hit bottom and immediately bounced strongly. Buyers are coming back strongly right now. Direction: Bullish.
This movement demonstrates how closely the crypto community watches the slightest moves of major memecoin holders.
ETFs, Institutional Structures, and the Concentration Challenge
This spotlight on Justin Sun’s $PEPE reserves comes at a time when the structuring of regulated financial products aims precisely to control exposure to alternative assets. While managers obtain approvals from stock market authorities for index vehicles like those filed by Canary Capital around their Tron (TRXS) fund, regulatory prospectuses remind of an unavoidable constant in the crypto market, which is the risk of portfolio concentration.
In the digital asset industry, holding such a colossal share of a memecoin’s supply by a single entity acts as a double-edged signal. It also reminds investors that stability remains suspended on the movements of these mega whales.
By seizing 3% of the total $PEPE supply, Justin Sun confirms his status as an essential catalyst in the crypto ecosystem. Between the extreme centralization of memecoins, the monitoring of ETF issuers, and price volatility, this episode will remain one of the major moves of this quarter. Do you think PEPE will soon reach a new ATH?
