Redmi Note 15 5G stands out with a 108 MP main camera and optical image stabilization (OIS), while Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G brings a more versatile camera setup and 256GB of storage. iQOO Z11xa 5G, OnePlus N6 and Samsung Galaxy M17 5G are worth a look for their cameras, battery life and everyday use.
Redmi Note 15 5G: A 108 MP Camera for Rs. 28,999
Redmi Note 15 5G costs Rs. 28,999 for the Glacier Blue model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, a 22% discount from Rs. 36,999. The 108 MP main sensor comes with OIS, which cuts blur from small hand movements and helps keep shots sharp when conditions are less than steady.
The supplied details also list 4K video capture. The 6.7-inch, 120Hz AMOLED display has a listed peak brightness of 3,200 nits, which should help outdoors. A Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor runs daily apps, while a 5,520mAh silicon-carbon battery and 45W fast charging cover long days and quick top-ups.
The 7.35mm body, IP66 rating, Dolby Atmos stereo speakers and HyperOS 2 add to the package. Xiaomi lists four years of software updates and six years of security support. Anyone who wants a high-resolution main camera and a bright screen has a strong case here.
iQOO Z11xa 5G: A Strong Selfie Camera and a Large Battery
iQOO Z11xa 5G costs Rs. 28,998 for the Titan Black version with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, 29% below its MRP of Rs. 40,999. A 50 MP Sony IMX852 sensor sits at the back and a 32 MP sensor at the front, and both record 4K video, which helps anyone who shoots clips for social media.
The smartphone runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo processor and OriginOS 6, and the listed AnTuTu score tops 890,000, though real results vary with test conditions. The 7,200mAh battery is a major strength, backed by 44W FlashCharge and bypass charging for compatible gaming sessions.
Electronic image stabilization (EIS), dual-view video, live photos, and several AI tools are included. The company lists two years of Android updates and four years of security patches. Selfie-focused buyers who also want 4K video and long battery life will find it a good match.

Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G: A Versatile Camera Setup at Rs. 29,999
Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G is listed at Rs. 29,999. The Titan Black version has 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, against an MRP of Rs. 36,999. The extra storage gives photos, videos, apps, and large files more room than the 128GB models in this list.
The rear cameras are a 50 MP main, a 50 MP secondary, and an 8 MP third sensor, with a 20 MP selfie camera at the front. More lenses mean more shooting options, though quality still depends on sensor performance, lens quality, and image processing, not megapixels alone.
A Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor powers it, and the 6.67-inch AMOLED display makes viewing a pleasure. A 6,200mAh battery adds endurance, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protects the screen. The supplied specifications list Android 14 as the operating system. Buyers who want more storage and a multi-camera system should consider it.
OnePlus N6: Battery Life Comes First
OnePlus N6 costs Rs. 26,999 for the Fresh Mint version with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, 21% below its MRP of Rs. 33,990. It has a 50 MP main rear sensor and an 8 MP front camera. On paper, that trails some rivals, especially for selfies, so camera-focused buyers should weigh the trade-off.
The 8,000mAh battery is the main attraction and suits long days away from a charger. It supports 45W fast charging and runs OxygenOS 16, and OnePlus promotes a five-year smoothness target. A MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Apex processor and a 120Hz display handle everyday tasks, video and casual games, while an IP65 rating and stated military-grade durability add protection. Battery endurance and a simple camera setup matter more here than advanced photography.
Samsung Galaxy M17 5G: OIS and Long Software Support
Samsung Galaxy M17 5G costs Rs. 22,999 for the Sapphire Black version with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, a 4% discount from Rs. 23,999. The rear setup has a 50 MP main sensor with OIS, a 5 MP ultra-wide camera and a 2 MP macro camera, with a 13 MP front camera for selfies. Video tops out at Full HD at 30 frames per second, so it lacks the 4K recording of the Redmi Note 15 5G and iQOO Z11xa 5G.
An Exynos 1330 processor and a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display at 90Hz run the phone, with a 5,000mAh battery and 25W charging. Gorilla Glass Victus, an IP54 rating, Samsung Knox Vault and Samsung Wallet add protection and security. Samsung lists six years of operating system and security updates. At this price, OIS, an ultra-wide camera and long software support come without using the whole budget.

Picking a Camera Phone Beyond the Megapixels
Redmi Note 15 5G is a strong all-rounder, with its 108 MP OIS main camera, 4K video, bright AMOLED display and slim body. Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G offers a more versatile rear setup and double the storage at 256GB.
iQOO Z11xa 5G leads on selfies, with a 32 MP front camera, 4K recording on both sides and a big battery. Galaxy M17 5G is the cheaper option with long software support, and the OnePlus N6 puts battery capacity first.
Specifications can’t settle a camera question. Real photo samples, night shots, skin tones, autofocus and video stability matter more than megapixel counts or listed discounts.
