Big tablets are great for reading, schoolwork, and watching shows without feeling cramped, and there’s a solid deal on one of the premier picks right now. The TCL TAB A1 Plus NXTPAPER is down to $279.98 on Amazon, which is 30% off its $399.99 recommended retail price.
This tablet is built around TCL’s matte NXTPAPER display, which is designed to make reading, work, and everyday media use more comfortable. You get a 12.2-inch 2.4K screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 3:2 aspect ratio, and up to 500 nits of brightness. That gives you a lot of room for documents, web pages, streaming apps, and split-screen tasks.
Inside, it runs on the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 with 6GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, plus expansion support if you need more space for files and downloads. It also packs a 10,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging, which should help with longer sessions away from an outlet.
The TCL TAB A1 Plus NXTPAPER ships with Android 16 and includes TCL productivity tools like split-screen, floating windows, and AI-assisted features. Those extras make it a better fit for getting work done, taking notes, or juggling multiple apps at once. The front and rear 8MP cameras are for video calls, document scanning, and casual use.
At $279.98, this deal saves you $120 off the RRP, which makes it a strong pick for anyone who wants a large Android tablet for reading, work, and daily entertainment.
