‘You need to trust your gut’: Needi founder Louise Doyle on taking the leap to start your own business

Louise Doyle has a passion for promoting how human connection is good for companies and their staff.Along with her business partner, Steph, they created corporate gifting company Needi, as more brands realise the value of investing in people.Louise admits that she wishes she had the confidence to start the business sooner, and believes that trusting your gut and surrounding yourself with the right people are key in the initial stages of starting your business.She joined Cathy Martin to talk more about her life and business journey.
