Trial of officers charged in delivery driver's suffocation death postponed to June 2027

Cédric Chouviat, 42, was tackled to the ground while wearing his motorbike helmet, and was found to have said 'I can't breathe' nine times during his arrest in January 2020. Lawyers said the hearing was too short to address the family's request for a felony trial.
