Ngāi Tahu Holdings has agreed to sell its remaining shareholding in Sanford to Umios Corporation for $72 million.
Umios will purchase 9,638,100 Sanford shares for $7.47 a share, which is a 22% premium over the closing price of $6.10 on Friday.
