Stablecoin Yield Boost｜Earn Up to 7% APR with KCUSD

KuCoin Earn is launching a limited-time campaign to help you earn more on your stablecoin deposits! Register, transfer USDT or USDC into KuCoin from an external wallet or platform, and use these assets to subscribe to KCUSD, a KuCoin Earn product. Eligible users can enjoy a 30-day APR boost, with a total APR of up to 7% on up to 1,000,000 KCUSD per user.   The campaign is limited to the first 3,000 eligible users. First come, first served.   Campaign Period: From 10:00 October 26, 2026 to 10:00 on November 26, 2026 (UTC).

Campaign Tiers

Your bonus APR tier is determined by your average daily eligible net deposits over your individual 30-day observation period:

30-Day Average Daily Eligible Net Deposits (USDT Equivalent)	KCUSD Base APR	Bonus APR	Total APR	Reward Period
50,000 ≤ Net Deposit < 100,000	4%	2%	6%	30 days
Net Deposit ≥ 100,000	4%	3%	7%	30 days

Both tiers offer a 30-day reward period, with a maximum reward principal of 1,000,000 KCUSD per user. The total APR includes the base APR and the campaign bonus APR. The base APR is variable. The rate displayed on the KCUSD Product Page prevails.

How to Participate

1. Register: Complete registration on the campaign page.
2. Deposit: During the campaign, transfer USDT or USDC to KuCoin from an external wallet or another platform.
3. Subscribe: Subscribe to KCUSD during the campaign and hold it during your individual 30-day observation period to earn eligible bonus rewards.

Your observation period runs for 30 consecutive days from the date of your first eligible deposit during the campaign. Your final tier is determined after this period ends, rather than being locked at registration or when you first reach a threshold.

How Are Average Daily Eligible Net Deposits Calculated?

30-Day Average Daily Eligible Net Deposits = Sum of Your Daily Cumulative Eligible Net Deposit Balances During the Observation Period ÷ 30   Each daily balance equals eligible external deposits counted toward the campaign up to that day, minus external withdrawals. The calculation averages your cumulative balance each day, rather than simply dividing your total deposits by 30.   For example, if you deposit 100,000 USDT on the first day and make no additional deposits or withdrawals throughout the 30 days, your average daily eligible net deposits will be 100,000 USDT.   Please note:

• Eligible deposits and external withdrawals made during the campaign before registration are included. Registration does not reset your observation period.
• Deposits made after the campaign ends are excluded, while external withdrawals during the remainder of your observation period continue to be deducted.
• An average below 50,000 USDT equivalent does not qualify for campaign bonus rewards.

How Much Can You Earn?

Eligible net deposits and KCUSD holdings are averaged separately over the same 30-day observation period. Your reward principal is the lowest of:

• Your 30-day average daily eligible net deposits;
• Your 30-day average daily KCUSD holdings;
• 1,000,000 KCUSD.

Bonus Reward = Reward Principal × Applicable Bonus APR × 30 ÷ 365   Average daily KCUSD holdings are calculated by adding the daily snapshot balances and dividing by 30. Days with no KCUSD holdings count as zero, and no separate minimum daily holding requirement applies. External withdrawals or KCUSD redemptions may reduce your final reward.

Calculation Example

If your average daily eligible net deposits are 150,000 USDT and your average daily KCUSD holdings are 120,000 KCUSD:

• Applicable bonus APR: 3%
• Reward principal: 120,000 KCUSD
• Estimated bonus reward: 120,000 × 3% × 30 ÷ 365 = 295.89 KCUSD

This amount excludes KCUSD base rewards. Actual rewards are subject to the final calculation.

When Will Rewards Be Distributed?

KCUSD base rewards continue to follow the product rules. Campaign bonus rewards are calculated separately and distributed in KCUSD in batches.

• First batch: Within 10 days after registration closes, for eligible users who have completed their individual 30-day observation periods.
• Subsequent batches: For remaining users after their observation periods end and eligibility is verified.

Holdings above the campaign reward principal may continue to earn base rewards under the product rules, but do not qualify for this campaign's bonus APR.

Which Deposits Count?

USDT or USDC transferred to KuCoin during the campaign from an external wallet, blockchain address, or another trading platform qualify as eligible external deposits, measured in USDT equivalent. The following do not count:

• Internal transfers between KuCoin accounts or between main accounts and sub-accounts;
• Transfers between Funding, Trading, Earn, or other internal accounts;
• KCUSD subscriptions using existing funds redeemed or released at maturity from other KuCoin Earn products.

Can I Participate on the Last Day?

Yes. Complete registration, eligible deposits, and KCUSD subscription before the campaign deadline to participate with a full individual 30-day observation period. The period begins on the date of your first eligible deposit during the campaign. Additional deposits or subsequent subscriptions do not restart or extend it.

2. Campaign tiers and rewards are calculated using the complete 30-day data and are subject to KuCoin's records.
3. The maximum reward principal is 1,000,000 KCUSD per user. This is not a KCUSD subscription or holding limit.

Risk Warning

APR is an annualized rate, not the actual return over 30 days. The KCUSD base APR is variable, and the total APR is not a fixed return or a guarantee of returns. Actual rewards depend on average daily eligible net deposits, average daily KCUSD holdings, the applicable tier, and the reward principal cap.   KCUSD is an internal flexible-yield certificate that records product shares and rewards on KuCoin. It is not a stablecoin or an on-chain asset. Before participating, review the product terms, campaign rules, and risk disclosures, and consider your funding arrangements and liquidity needs.
