UFC lightweight King Green was involved in a car accident Sunday night while streaming on his social media.
The 40-year-old MMA veteran was driving his custom Range Rover when he apparently ran a red light. A silver Jeep Compass turned left and crashed right into his vehicle.
“We just got in a car accident,” Green said on his stream after the accident. “Hopefully the people are okay.”
Green said his car, which he referred to as “my baby”, was totaled.
“Why would she do that?” said Green, accusing the other driver of turning left when he was on green. “Bro, I think she knows she fucked up.”
In total disbelief, Green summed up the situation: “Sh*t happens.”

Green fought earlier this month in the UFC, losing by knockout to Esteban Ribovics at UFC 332 to drop his overall record to 36-18-1. Green was on a four-fight winning streak prior to his recent setback, the last three by stoppage.
