After over four years together and three years married, Chrishell Stause and G Flip have split.
The former Selling Sunset star, 45, fought against tears as she confirmed the news, admitting it was ‘stressful’ to speak about.
Netflix personality Chrishell and the Australian musician, 33, confirmed in May 2022 that they were dating.
A year later, they announced they had married in a private ceremony in Las Vegas, and they went on to renew their vows across various locations in the following years, with ceremonies in Palm Springs, Melbourne, and Los Angeles.
Taking to Instagram today, Chrishell posted a raw, emotional video addressing the breakup, beginning: ‘I have a pretty humbling update to share with you guys.
‘G and I are no longer together, and we have agreed to treat this public separation with love and respect for each other.
‘That’s not hard for me, because I’m in love with this person, and I don’t have all the information or the reasons, and I just am sure, just like always, with time… you get the lessons you’re meant to get, and I know that will happen, and I’m gonna heal, and everything is gonna be fine. I’m definitely never doing this again.’
She told her 4.1million followers: ‘I just felt like you guys deserved a little bit more than a cold, written statement, because you have been so supportive and so loving, and we really appreciate that.

‘Maybe you can still do that, but it would have to be separately.’
Struggling to find the words to say next, she admitted she feels like ‘a little bit of a failure’, her voice breaking as she said: ‘There’s nothing you can say about me that would be worse than what I say to myself.’
‘I just have to heal and figure this out,’ the actress said, calling the situation ‘hard’ and ‘painful’.
‘I’m a lover girl. I swing big. I miss… well, maybe you don’t miss. Maybe these are the seasons you’re meant to have with people, and I had an amazing over four years with G, so maybe that’s not a miss.’
Chrishell is now ‘coming to terms’ with things ending in a different way than she ever expected, concluding: ‘With all that being said, I wanted to give you guys an update.
‘It’s really hard and stressful to share this information, because I’m going through it.’
On where she and G now stand, it appears there is no bad blood: ‘I will always love G, and I don’t ever really see that changing.
‘This sucks, but everyone deserves to be happy, and I wish that for both of us.’
While G has not yet publicly posted about the split, Neighbours star Chrishell was flooded with supportive messages from fans.
She did not reveal when they decided to end their relationship, but G was still commenting on Chrishell’s posts just weeks ago.
Under a picture shared on October 10, G commented, ‘Sick jacket darling 🔥’, to which Chrishell replied with a kissing emoji.
A week ago, underneath snaps from one of G’s trips, Chrishell commented, ‘Love!’, with fans replying to ask if they were ‘still together’, noticing a lack of online activity between the famously public pair.
And after G posted about performing with Kylie Minogue on September 27, Chrishell commented: ‘This was TRULY iconic🔥🔥🔥🤯🤯🤯soooooooo proud of you😭’
Chrishell was previously married to This Is Us actor Justin Hartley, but they split in 2021. She then dated boss Jason Oppenheim, splitting in late 2021, after which she moved on with G, having first met at a Halloween party.
Speaking previously about G in scenes from Selling Sunset – which she quit in November 2025 – Chrishell told her sister that they were hoping to start a family together soon.
‘I’m very happy. I just feel like it’s not complicated anymore; everything fits,’ she said gleefully in late 2023, adding that they were ‘excited to adopt at some point’.
‘I don’t know what it’s going to look like, maybe a baby, maybe a six-year-old, I have no idea. When that day comes, we both are really passionate about being able to do that together, and I am excited.’
Chrishell has also starred in one of G’s music videos, playing the love interest in Get Me Outta Here, and inspired tunes such as the viral hit Be Your Man.
During an interview with Us Weekly last June, G revealed that Chrishell was a key part of their creative process, describing her as an ‘angel’ for always being supportive.
‘Chrishell’s really creative and sometimes comes up with concepts for visuals, because she’s worked in the movie and entertainment industry for so long, and she’s got such a creative brain. She even helps me pick the song because she hears everything first.’
G is non-binary and uses they/them pronouns, which Chrishell passionately defended after her co-star misgendered them.
During a heated exchange with Marie-Lou Nurk, who said, ‘She’s so nice to me’ about G, Chrishell fired: ‘OK, my partner is non-binary. They use they/them pronouns. This is a simple thing.’
