Eugene Wamalwa had quite the moment on Monday, October 26, when a gift-giving visit to former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua's Wamunyoro home turned briefly eventful, courtesy of a restless bull.

Wamalwa, dressed sharply in a light blue suit, white hat and black shoes, arrived at Gachagua's residence bearing a brown bull as a gift.
The visit took place on a paved walkway featuring a distinctive red circular tile pattern, framed by tall green hedges, palm-like trees and a bright afternoon sky.
A video from the occasion shows Wamalwa reaching for the rope tied to the bull as a man in a light purple shirt led the animal forward.

When the bull suddenly shifted and appeared to raise its head, Wamalwa's composure cracked just slightly.
He stepped back quickly, a nervous smile spreading across his face, before cautiously reclaiming his grip on the rope.
The moment drew plenty of online amusement, with many noting that even seasoned politicians are not immune to the occasional fright from livestock.
Wamalwa eventually steadied himself and walked the bull forward before handing the rope over to Gachagua directly.
The two men then shared a warm handshake as Pastor Dorcas Rigathi looked on nearby.
The clip made rounds quickly, and social media users were quick to weigh in on everything from Wamalwa's outfit to the symbolism of the gesture.
@Izo Izo:
"Eugene, who is the tailor?"
@Raphael Tush:
"Wamunyoro living his best life."
@Godwin Wanjoya:
"Wamalwa has great attire, just like a real presidential candidate."
@Caretaker Junior:
"Remember to come back with the rope as per our culture."
Gifting a bull carries cultural weight in many Kenyan communities, often signifying respect and goodwill. Wamalwa's delivery of the animal, nerve-racking moment and all, appeared well received, with Gachagua accepting the rope and the handshake in good spirits.
