Talita von Fürstenberg has paid a sweet tribute to her fiancé, Rocco Brignone de Brabant, ahead of their wedding
Instagram @tvfTalita von Fürstenberg truly is the ultimate It-girl. The daughter of Prince Alexander von Fürstenberg is not only a scion of the Princely German family, but also of the Agnellis and the Millers. Her whirl of a social world constantly sees her jetting off for yacht breaks with her cousin, Princess Olympia of Greece, and her own fashion empire is well and truly in the making. And, like many a society swan, Talita has an adoring banking scion fiancé on her arm, too.
With the hen party ticked off and a wedding on the horizon, Talita took to Instagram to celebrate eight years with her partner, Rocco Brignone de Brabant. The 27-year-old posted a series of snapshots from throughout her relationship with the banking heir, including a throwback to ‘8 years ago’, where the pair are posing in silhouette against an azure infinity pool looking out onto a sunset-lit sea. (In another photo, captioned ‘7 years ago’, the pair are in the same spot – could it be a regular haunt, or perhaps a seaside home?)
Whether they’re kissing in front of blooming bougainvillaea, playing games of backgammon on the beach, or wrapping each other up in blankets, this pair truly are the jet-set dream. Sweetly, Talita concluded her Instagram post with a photo captioned ‘1 year ago… and forever to go.’
Naturally, her friends were quick to comment on the post, with Princess Olympia, Derek Blasberg, and German Larkin all sending their love (‘Did I miss it? Am I late?’ Blasberg commented, jokingly hinting at surprise nuptials for the couple.)
There will certainly be a lot of people hoping for an invitation to what is sure to be the society wedding of the season. Talita descends from the Princely Family of Fürtstenberg through her father, Prince Alexander von Fürstenberg, through whom she is a scion of the Italian Agnelli dynasty. Her great-great-grandparents were Edoardo Agnelli and Virginia Bourbon del Monte, whose son, Gianni Agnelli, was the richest man in modern Italian history.

‘1 year ago… and forever to go,’ Talita wrote in the caption to the final picture of her Inatagram post
Instagram @tvfHer mother is Princess Alexandra, the daughter of American billionaire Robert Warren Miller and sister of heiress Pia Getty (who married Christopher Ronald Getty in 2005 and is now the spokeswoman for Sephora) and Marie-Chantal, Crown Princess of Greece.
The groom is no stranger to the world of high society, either. Rocco’s family owns a Mexican resort, Costa Careyes, and the ritzy couple are constantly jetting off together: from horse riding in Hawaii to Malibu road trips and postcard getaways to Positano.
Talita announced her engagement with a dreamy Instagram post, sharing a photograph of her and Rocco kissing in the pink glow of a sunset. ‘Forever!!!!!!!!!!!!’ Talita wrote in the caption, ‘I love you so much my heart is bursting.’

The socialite is a scion of the Von Fürstenberg, Agnelli, and Miller families
Instagram @tvfTalita’s aunt, the Crown Princess, was quick to send her love, commenting a series of hearts under the picture, as was her uncle, Crown Prince Pavlos of Greece, who wrote ‘congratulations to you both’ alongside hearts and a Greek evil eye emoji.
Now, of course, attention has turned to the wedding – not least because of the impeccable bridal style many will be expecting from Talita. A graduate of Georgetown, where she studied with her cousin, Prince Constantine Alexios of Greece, and an alumna of New York University, Talita is poised to take control of her grandmother’s fashion empire.
Which is absolutely not to say that the von Fürstenbergs agree when it comes to aesthetics – indeed, there may be some debate over the gown for the big day, should Talita choose to design her own outfit. Speaking to Femail, the fashion heiress explained that her grandmother often doesn't like her designs: 'Every time she sees [my dresses] in the studio, she's like, "Urgh, what is this?"’ said the fashion heiress. ‘I’m like, "Just trust me. You'll like it at the end, people will like it".’
And no doubt, when those much-anticipated wedding pictures finally drop, people absolutely will.
