Addressing thousands of congregants dressed in blue and white at a large church auditorium, Angel was direct in his message. Footage of the service, showed the prophet on stage, microphone in hand, surrounded by church officials.
"It isn't gone to any court and remember his estate has not even been consolidated and you don't know how much he has," Angel told the congregation.

Chivayo, died in a helicopter crash at Kudenga Farm near Marondera, an accident that also claimed the life of his wife and three other people.
Angel, who described himself as a close friend and spiritual father to the businessman, acknowledged that Chivayo had outstanding financial obligations but cautioned against drawing premature conclusions about the estate's ability to settle them.
According to Angel, the estate is reported to owe three car dealerships a combined US$5.1 million (KSh 662.2 million) related to vehicles Chivayo had gifted to various individuals, with roughly 15 such gifts unaccounted for.
He noted that owing money is a normal part of doing business and should not be taken as evidence of insolvency.
In a significant personal gesture, Angel announced he would personally cover up to US$2 million ( KSh 259.7 million) worth of verified debts, limited strictly to two individuals.
"Some of us who have benefited from him, maybe only two people, and I'm meeting one this week, come to me, prove he owed you. And if he gave me two million worth, it is my duty to try and cover two million worth. But you just need to prove beyond reasonable doubt that he owed you," he said.
He confirmed that Minister Patrick has been appointed to oversee the verification of claims. Any remaining matters beyond those two cases, Angel indicated, would be handled through the courts and possibly the state.
The prophet also reminded the congregation that the full picture of the estate's worth remains unknown, offering a pointed example to silence idle talk.
"What if it's worth two hundred million and the debts are five million? And you're talking. You did this. Relax," he said.
He closed his remarks with a sober reflection:
"Death knows everyone's address."
