Kingdee, the Chinese enterprise management software company, has released three upgrades to Lingee, its operating system for enterprise AI agents, and introduced Lingee Bench, which it calls the first agent benchmark in China built around enterprise management work. The announcements came at Kingdee's 2026 Global Innovators Conference in Beijing on October 23, according to Kingdee and the Chinese tech outlet Zhidx.
The first upgrade, Lingee Manage, is pitched as a decision hub for managers, summed up by Kingdee as letting AI do the work while people make the call. It combines a personal assistant for each manager that acts within its authorization and reports back, a workspace for driving one major issue from agenda to resolution with a full record and review, and what Kingdee calls an AI organization, where people and agents work together.
The other two upgrades aim to make agents understand a company from day one. Enterprise Context pulls in ERP data, knowledge bases, memory, MCP services from partners and external data, and turns them into assets agents can read and trace. Kingdee says it already covers more than 30 types of data sources, over 30,000 business objects, more than 800,000 semantic fields and 170,000 business rules. ERP Connectors launch with 70 connectors and 1,127 tools that call Kingdee's ERP product lines, so agents can query data and carry out business operations, not just answer questions.
Kingdee shared customer examples. At one Malaysian conglomerate with 3,000 employees, agents now check, match, route and book expense claims, cutting the cycle from five days to one, and manual work on three-way matching fell by 89%. At a renewable energy operations unit of Sungrow, bid preparation dropped from six days to 1.5.
Lingee Bench, released with model developers and universities alongside a white paper, contains more than 1,400 questions across four test sets: general office work, finance, supply chain and manufacturing. It is meant to measure whether an agent can finish a task in a real business environment, get it right and leave results that can be checked. Agent companies and model makers can use it to test their own models and harnesses. As the benchmark comes from Kingdee and its partners, any scores should be read as developer-reported for now.
Kingdee also showed joint work with StepFun, whose models now power Lingee's data analysis and AI note-taking. StepFun founder Jiang Daxin said the company's agent phone, STEPX Neo, will connect to Lingee so its personal agent can call Lingee skills directly.
