Bayern Munich’s women are making their presence felt on the global stage, with three players earning recognition in the 2026 Ballon d’Or rankings. If anyone needed a reminder that Bayern Frauen belong among Europe’s elite, this is another reason to pay attention.
Klara Bühl leads the way among the confirmed rankings, securing 12th place after another impressive campaign. The German international has become a crucial creative force for Bayern, using her pace, technical ability, and attacking instincts to cause problems for opposing defenses.
Midfielder Momoko Tanikawa also earned recognition, finishing 23rd. Her inclusion highlights Bayern’s ability to combine established stars with emerging talent capable of making an impact at the highest level.
The biggest Bayern storyline, however, remains to come. Pernille Harder has secured a place in the top 10, with her final position still to be revealed. The Danish forward’s recognition further underlines the quality Bayern possesses in attack.
