Calling all auto enthusiasts!
A lavish penthouse overlooking Tampa’s 200-acre motorsports speedway offers a thrill-seeking investor the one-of-a-kind opportunity to live, work, and entertain.
The fully furnished three-story luxury garage condo zoomed onto the market for $5,295,000 in September 2026 before receiving a recent $300,000 price chop.
Now listed at $4,495 million, the 4,575-square-foot condo offers a front-row racetrack view of the 1.72-mile Hermann Tilke-designed performance circuit at The Motor Enclave.
It also boasts a garage for up to 12 vehicles, three vehicle lifts, a custom workshop, a sauna, living and dining areas.
The primary suite has a hand-carved concrete plaster accent wall, and an outdoor entertaining area with a covered terrace overlooks the track.
“The cool thing, other than its incredible location, is the entire unit is fully automated, so there isn’t a switch in the entire place,” says listing agent Christopher Schaefer of Impact Realty Tampa Bay.
“You also have this perfect line of sight so you don’t miss anything on the track.”
A climate-controlled first floor has three vehicle lifts, polished concrete floors, a wet bar/kitchenette, a sauna, and a custom workshop with built-in cabinetry.
“The seller is the original owner, who was part of the development, so it has super high-end finishes throughout,” Schaefer says. “It has lots of natural stone and quartzite counters.”
A second floor designed for entertaining has expansive living and dining areas, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and an oversized breakfast bar.
Glass doors open to a covered terrace with a built-in grill, misting fans, and entertaining space, offering a “commanding” view of the track.
“Its positioning on highways is impressive as it has easy access in and out,” Schaefer says.
“I think the next owner could be a driver enthusiast or anybody looking for a vacation home. Its primary use is not full-time living. We had a doctor group looking at it for a company tax savings but they opted to go for a private jet instead.”
A dedicated third-floor private owner’s suite boasts a “hand-carved concrete plaster accent wall,” sleek LED lighting, a retractable TV, and a custom walk-in closet.
The spa-inspired bath has a glass shower with digital controls, a smart toilet, and a TV concealed within the mirror. Also located on this level is a home office overlooking the lower level.
“It was used as a vacation property by the seller’s family,” he notes.
Other highlights of the smart home include voice-controlled lighting, motorized window treatments, and Sonos audio throughout the interior and exterior.
A $1,347 monthly association fee provides community access to the resort-style Enclave Beach Club with a pool and bar.
“The clubhouse is constantly having events, and there is full-time security,” Schaefer adds.
“The entrance to the property is gated and there is also an off-roading course and pool. Tampa Executive Airport is adjacent to the property and there are golf carts that can transport you right to the unit. It’s luxury at its finest.”
