Hot and cold spots around the house can make it hard to keep everyone comfortable, especially when one room always feels different from the rest. That’s where the Google Nest Learning Thermostat bundle makes a lot of sense, and there’s a nice deal on it right now on Amazon.
The Google Nest Learning Thermostat (4th gen) + Nest Temperature Sensor (2nd gen) has dropped to $219.99, down from its $279.99 RRP. That’s a $60 saving and a 21% discount relative to the recommended retail price. Better still, this bundle is back at its lowest price ever.
This package includes the 4th-gen Nest Learning Thermostat and one 2nd-gen Nest Temperature Sensor. The sensor helps deal with uneven temperatures by letting your system prioritize a specific room, which can be useful for bedrooms, nurseries, home offices, or any area that tends to run too hot or too cold.
The thermostat works with most 24V HVAC systems and can handle more advanced setups too, including heat pumps, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, and ventilation. It’s controlled through the Google Home app, and because it’s Matter-certified, it can also work with other Matter-enabled smart home apps and voice assistants.
On the hardware side, you get a 2.7-inch circular display, built-in motion, temperature, humidity, and ambient light sensors, plus dual-band Wi-Fi support. It also supports up to six temperature sensors per thermostat, so there’s room to expand later. Amazon shoppers also give this bundle a solid 4.4 out of 5 rating.
