Entrackr’s D2C community initiative, The Spur, held its second edition in Bengaluru on October 23, bringing together direct-to-consumer (D2C) founders to discuss the challenges of building and scaling consumer brands.
Held at The Bier Library and supported by PhonePe Payment Gateway, the gathering moved away from conventional startup events by skipping panel discussions, presentations and pitches in favour of open conversations about the realities of running a business.
The discussions focused on what works when building a brand, what does not, and what founders would do differently based on their experiences. The informal format encouraged participants to share practical lessons from their entrepreneurial journeys.

The Bengaluru edition brought together more than 30 founders and business leaders from across the D2C ecosystem, including Puspen Maity of Technosport, Ujwal Sutaria of TDV Partners, Ramprasad Shastry of DriveU, Kavin KK of Agrizy, Surbhi Bhatia of The Mom Store, Adarsh J. Srivastava of DeHaat, Sharath Loganathan of Ninjacart, Pratyush Giri, Saras Agarwal of Navora Wellness, Sachin Nandwana of BigHaat, Shivam Dang of Shadowfax and Shagun Dwivedi of Deconstruct.
The Bengaluru event followed the first edition of The Spur, held in Gurugram on September 25. The gathering brought together more than 40 founders and 10 investors from the NCR D2C ecosystem to discuss building and scaling consumer businesses.
With The Spur, Entrackr aims to build a closer-knit community where founders can exchange experiences, learn from one another and develop meaningful connections outside formal business settings.
Designed as a community-building initiative rather than a conventional networking event, The Spur has no fixed discussion topics or commercial agenda. It encourages founders to speak openly about their journeys, including setbacks and lessons that are often missing from public accounts of startup growth.
Following the Bengaluru edition, The Spur’s next gathering will take place in the National Capital Region (NCR), extending the initiative’s reach and bringing D2C founders together for another evening of open conversations and peer learning.
