ⓘ Artra Designs
The Rolleiflex is one of the most famous camera series of all time. Its retro design, with twin lenses, a large waist-level viewfinder and a silver metal body covered in black leather, serves as the inspiration for a strictly limited-edition wristwatch marking the 100th anniversary of Rolleiflex.

After Artra Designs launched the Camera One as a wristwatch for photography enthusiasts that is as stylish as it is useful, the company is now developing an even more unusual watch, set to launch in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the first Rolleidoscop camera from 1926. The first Rolleiflex hit the market just three years after this predecessor model.
The watch is officially licensed, allowing Artra Designs to even use the Rolleiflex lettering. At the heart of the watch are two dials, each protected by a sapphire crystal cover. The upper dial is designed to reflect light with a slight violet tint, while the lower one has a yellowish tint, just like the two lenses of the first Rolleiflex. The dial itself has a mirror finish, and the hands are blue.
The two dials allow you to keep track of the time in two time zones simultaneously. The back is engraved not only with the classic exposure table, but also with a serial number from 001 to 100. The watch case measures 47 x 30 millimeters and is 11 millimeters thick. The watch is water-resistant up to a pressure of 3 ATM. The watch reportedly uses a Seiko NH05 automatic movement, though this has not yet been officially confirmed by the manufacturer.
Pricing and availability
The Rolleiflex × Artra Camera Dual Watch is expected to launch before the end of October at a price of HK$15,800 ($2,000).
