Patio Bella, a dining brand under Hugamara Group, is expanding its presence in Kampala with the opening of its Lugogo outlet and the upcoming grand opening of its Bukoto location on Friday, October 30, 2026.
The expansion will extend the brand's reach to more customers, offering dining spaces designed around food, ambience and social connections under its slogan, “Where We All Come Together.”
Located at Forest Mall in Lugogo and along Bukoto-Ntinda Road, the two outlets offer customers different settings to experience the brand's approach to hospitality, catering to everyday dining, family gatherings and social occasions.
The Lugogo outlet provides a relaxed dining environment, while the Bukoto location introduces another setting designed to bring customers together over meals and shared experiences.
The Bukoto outlet will officially open with an event dubbed “Patio Affair,” scheduled for Friday, October 30, starting at noon.
Commenting on the expansion, Timothy Mugume, managing director of Hugamara Group, said the new locations would make the Patio Bella experience accessible to more people across the city.
Patio Bella is built around the belief that the best moments happen when people come together. The opening of our Lugogo outlet and the introduction of our Bukoto location represent an exciting step in making the Patio Bella experience accessible to more people,” Mugume said.We look forward to welcoming our guests into spaces where great food, connection, and memorable experiences take centre stage.”
The expansion comes as hospitality businesses seek to attract customers through dining experiences that combine food, atmosphere and opportunities for social interaction.
For Patio Bella, the growth is intended to establish the brand as a distinctive presence in Kampala's hospitality sector while maintaining its focus on welcoming spaces and shared experiences.
The brand says its philosophy centres on creating environments where individuals, families and friends can connect over meals, with togetherness remaining central to its customer experience.
The Bukoto launch is expected to introduce the location to customers through the Patio Affair event, which begins at 12pm on Friday.
