In a candid admission, she disclosed that out of the three clients, one of them was a close friend.
The disappointing sales appeared to leave Mercy questioning whether her efforts were leading her anywhere, especially after investing time, energy and hope in the venture.
Rather than give up on building something for herself, Mercy turned to content creation, hoping that consistent posting would help her find an audience and open new opportunities.
Content creation failed to deliver results
She said she had been striving to publish content, creating reels and experimenting with ideas in an attempt to make progress.
"I have been pushing myself so hard, posting every day, reel after a reel, just doing the best I can, doing anything that at least will make sense to me, because this is the only thing I know," she explained.
However, despite her commitment, Mercy said she had yet to see the breakthrough she was working towards.
The repeated disappointments appeared to have taken an emotional toll on Mercy, who admitted that she was struggling to cope with the situation.
