This article explains how MemeToro’s AI agent works, where the presale stands, what has been audited, and what is still unfinished.
What has MemeToro raised and where is the presale?
The $MT presale has raised $174K. It is at Stage 9, priced at $0.00649 per token [refresh on publish day]. Presale prices rise by stage: when a stage reaches its target, the next one opens at a higher price, so the same dollar amount buys fewer tokens later.

How does MemeToro’s AI agent work?
MemeToro ($MT) is an open-source AI memecoin launchpad. The agent scans social media, communities and news for narratives gaining traction, proposes a memecoin concept and publishes its written reasoning, so readers can see why a coin should exist before deciding anything. The design principle is that the agent proposes and public smart contracts execute.
- Escrow: contributor funds are designed to sit in an escrow contract, not with the agent or a team wallet.
- Manifest: each proposal carries a launch manifest committed to a digest, so published terms can be compared with what the contract enforces.
- Fixed rate: every contributor pays the same price; the design has no pre-allocation or insider access.
- Exit window: finalization is blocked while contributors can still withdraw.
- An agent that can say no: it publishes nothing when it finds no suitable idea.
- Identity: the agent is registered on the ERC-8004 identity registry on BNB testnet (agent #2673), and only the registered wallet can publish rounds.
- Open code: public under an MIT license.
What is audited and what is not?
The $MT token contract has been audited by Coinsult, SolidProof and BlockSAFU. The launchpad’s launch contracts are a different matter: according to the project’s own README they are not yet implemented, audited or production-ready, and the executor on testnet is a mock. A raise does not change that, so read the audit reports and the repository before you decide.
What is still unfinished?
- The AI agent page is marked coming soon.
- Per the project’s own README, the launch contracts are not yet implemented, audited or production-ready, and the testnet executor is a mock.
- The team is pseudonymous, so trust rests on open code and delivered milestones.
Saying so plainly is part of the project’s pitch: the roadmap is public, so the team can be held to it.
How do you buy $MT in the presale?
Per the MemeToro website, you connect a supported wallet or pay by card in the sale section, choosing ‘Buy with card’ or ‘Buy with crypto’. $MT is on BNB Smart Chain, and tokens are sent to your wallet straight after purchase; add the official contract address 0x44412181b7eb66bff974c0a9a9e908e5bba8cfff to see them. Confirm accepted currencies, minimums and fees on memetoro.com before you buy.

- Read the tokenomics page and check vesting terms for the public sale and the team share.
