Three straight wins for the Brewers. I was hoping for a long series, but it doesn’t look like that is going to happen. If the series ends tonight, the off-season starts tomorrow.

I thought the Rays would, at least, make a series out of this, but it doesn’t look like it is going to happen.
My wife and I went up to Edmonton yesterday to see a night of John Prine music. Four very talented singers/musicians played 2+ hours of John Prine songs. They did all the songs you’d want to see Prine sing, if he were still around. Many that I knew by heart, but also a few that were album cuts that I didn’t remember.
And we had supper with our son and his girl friend, which was great.
