|---|---|---|
| Simple | Low | 1-2 hours |
| Moderate | Moderate | 1-3 days |
| Complex | High | 1 week or more |
Breaking down complex tasks into smaller parts can make delegation clearer and more manageable. Regularly reevaluate task complexity as your team develops new skills, which can enhance your approach to assigning tasks to employees. This ongoing assessment supports motivation and helps maintain morale.
