LF said on the 27th that its menswear brand MAESTRO will pursue a premium strategy as it marks the 40th anniversary of its launch.
The company said it will build the brand around three core values — soft tailoring, modern heritage and craftsmanship — and offer menswear that combines classic refinement with contemporary practicality.
To that end, MAESTRO will expand its high-end lines and personalized tailoring services. It will also make greater use of fabrics from top Italian mills such as Loro Piana and Zegna, and is pursuing collaborations with leading Italian menswear brands.
The brand is releasing a special 40th-anniversary collection as well. It consists of five items, including suits, jackets and coats made with premium Italian fabrics. The jackets come in a "comfort fit," with a natural silhouette, and a "Roma fit," which emphasizes a structured, masculine line.
A special customer appreciation event runs through Nov. 8. Customers who bring a suit or jacket bearing one of the brand's three past MAESTRO logos to a department store location for verification will receive a shirt from the 2026 fall-winter collection, on a first-come, first-served basis for the first 40 people. The brand is also holding a comment event on its official Instagram account to celebrate the anniversary.
"We will grow into a leading Korean luxury menswear brand recognized by a new generation and in global markets," said Yoon Jung-hee, head of LF's MAESTRO business division.
