AngelBot AI has announced the launch of TeamSync, an enterprise document and content intelligence platform designed to help organisations search, manage and use information spread across documents and repositories.
Enterprise information is often distributed across departments and systems, making it difficult for employees to locate relevant documents and apply the information to their work. TeamSync brings together content management, AI-powered search and document intelligence to address this challenge while retaining access controls and audit capabilities.
The platform includes DocuTalk, a feature that allows users to ask questions about documents using natural language. Its semantic search capabilities are designed to retrieve information based on meaning and context, rather than relying solely on exact keywords or document names.
TeamSync also incorporates permissions-aware AI, which is designed to ensure that responses draw on information the user is authorised to access. Citations and supporting evidence allow users to trace responses back to source documents and verify the information before using it.
Sumit Shrotriya, Director at AngelBot AI Private Limited, said that the platform was designed to make enterprise information easier to access and use while retaining the permissions, governance and accountability required by organisations. He added that helping employees identify relevant information and verify its source was a key objective of the platform.
Beyond search and information retrieval, TeamSync includes document templates, metadata extraction, electronic signatures, contract lifecycle management and eDiscovery capabilities. These features are intended to support document-intensive processes, including agreement management, approvals and the retrieval of records.
The platform also includes security and governance features such as tamper-evident audit capabilities and crypto-shredding, which is designed to make encrypted data unrecoverable by destroying the relevant cryptographic keys. These functions are intended to support organisations that handle sensitive information and need to manage access and data lifecycles.
AngelBot AI is targeting mid-sized and large enterprises across sectors including banking and financial services, healthcare and life sciences, government, energy, accounting and tax, and architecture, engineering and construction. Its offerings include software subscriptions and platform licensing, along with implementation, integration and support services. Deployment options are aligned with organisational requirements.
The launch builds on the company’s work in enterprise information management. According to AngelBot AI, the Indian Air Force has recognised its IMIR document management system, which is powered by TeamSync.
Looking ahead, the company plans to expand the platform’s capabilities in agentic AI, enterprise knowledge management and workflow automation, while developing industry-specific applications and pursuing opportunities in regulated industries and international markets.
As organisations explore AI tools for handling internal information, the practical value of platforms such as TeamSync will depend on how accurately they retrieve information, respect existing access permissions and help employees complete tasks. The ability to trace AI-generated answers to source documents will also be important, particularly in regulated environments where decisions need to be supported by verifiable records.
