BRAMPTON, Ontario — The Daniels Corporation (Daniels) is pleased to announce the launch of MPV Parkfield Towns, the third phase of its master-planned community within Brampton’s Mount Pleasant Village neighbourhood. The 84 purpose-built rental townhomes incorporate all-electric systems for high efficiency and are located in an amenity-rich, transit-oriented neighbourhood.
“As Brampton continues to grow, so does the need for housing options that reflect the diverse needs of its residents, particularly larger and multigenerational families,” said Jake Cohen, President, The Daniels Corporation.
According to the City of Brampton’s 2025 Housing Needs Assessment, 26 per cent of Brampton households have five or more residents — the highest proportion in the GTA. The population within a one-kilometre radius of MPV Parkfield Towns is also projected to grow by 41 per cent by 2035, more than double the projected growth within the broader three- and five-kilometre areas. Together, these figures highlight the need for more family-sized housing options in this rapidly growing neighbourhood.

“As Brampton continues to grow, so does the need for housing options that reflect the diverse needs of its residents, particularly larger and multigenerational families,” said Jake Cohen, President, The Daniels Corporation. “With MPV Parkfield Towns, we saw an opportunity to introduce a different kind of rental experience, one that offers families the space, privacy and independence of traditional townhome living, while providing the flexibility, convenience and professional management of renting in an established, connected community.”
MPV Parkfield Towns offers spacious, family-sized rental townhomes designed to accommodate a variety of housing needs, providing residents with the comfort and functionality of a traditional home while maintaining the flexibility of renting. The townhomes feature three or four bedrooms, finished basements, private yards, an attached garage and private driveway, with five home designs ranging from 2,138 to 2,667 square feet, with lawn maintenance and most snow removal services included.
The community is professionally managed by Daniels Gateway Rental Communities, a trusted provider of professionally managed rental housing across the Greater Toronto Area for over 25 years, providing residents with dedicated customer service and ongoing property management support. Located a short walk from Mount Pleasant GO Station and Brampton Transit connections, residents will enjoy convenient access to downtown Toronto and destinations across Brampton.
“MPV Parkfield Towns offers families the space and privacy of a traditional townhome, without many of the responsibilities that come with homeownership,” added Cohen. “With professional property management, lawn maintenance and most snow removal taken care of, residents can spend less time worrying about upkeep and more time enjoying their home, their family and the community around them.”
Designed with sustainability top of mind, MPV Parkfield Towns comes equipped with a full suite of ENERGY STAR® appliances, as well as low-flow fixtures and solar-ready infrastructure. The townhomes also include rough-ins for potential future EV charging equipment, subject to landlord approval. Select homes are available through Daniels’ Accessibility Designed Program (ADP), featuring elevator-ready layouts and thoughtful accessibility elements that support changing mobility needs, multigenerational living and aging in place.
Residents will also enjoy green surroundings, including natural heritage features and direct access to a new public park featuring accessible playground equipment, including an accessible chair swing and play structures with ramps. The community is also situated in an established neighbourhood, with nearby grocery stores, retail shops, a public library and schools.
MPV Parkfield Towns is also a part of the Daniels Home Investment Program (HIP), which helps create pathways from renting to homeownership. Through the program, residents can accumulate 500 HIP dollars per month, up to a maximum of 25,000 HIP dollars, equivalent to $25,000 in credits toward the purchase of a brand-new Daniels home.
To celebrate MPV Parkfield Towns’ grand opening, Daniels is offering leasing incentives, including one month of free rent, subject to terms and conditions. The first townhomes are anticipated to be move-in ready beginning December 1, 2026.
