Rocha, who was ranked 105th last week, joins Nuno Borges (53rd) and Jaime Faria (57th), both of whom dropped one place in the rankings.
The 22-year-old from Porto becomes the ninth Portuguese player to reach the top 100, joining Nuno Marques, Frederico Gil, Rui Machado, João Sousa, Gastão Elias and Pedro Sousa.
Rocha is now the third-youngest Portuguese player to achieve this milestone, behind only Nuno Marques, who was 21 when he first reached the top 100 on 1 April 1991, and Jaime Faria, who also achieved the feat at the age of 22.
Henrique Rocha won two matches at the Challenger Lisboa Belém Open before being eliminated in the quarter-finals by Denmark's Elmer Møller, losing 6-2, 6-4.
The ATP rankings remain led by Italy's Jannik Sinner, followed by Germany's Alexander Zverev in second place, who has now closed the gap, and Spain's Carlos Alcaraz in third.
The only change in the top 10 was France's Arthur Fils climbing from 10th to eighth, while Australia's Alex de Minaur dropped from eighth to 10th.
In the women's rankings, Kazakhstan's Elena Rybakina leads the standings, followed by Belarusian Aryna Sabalenka in second place and Russia's Mirra Andreeva in third. The only change in the top 10 was Poland's Iga Świątek climbing one place to eighth, swapping positions with Czech player Linda Nosková.
