The Cincinnati Bengalsannounced Oct. 27 they placed tight end Erick All Jr. on the Reserve/Injured list, and signed former Bengals TE Cam Grandy off the Minnesota Vikings' practice squad.
All, a former Fairfield High School standout, suffered a knee injury during the team's NFL Week 7 rout of the Ravens in Baltimore. All had three catches for 26 yards before leaving the game during the Bengals' second scoring drive of the game, which resulted in a Tee Higgins touchdown catch from Joe Burrow.
All, who has a history of knee injuries, tore his ACL in his surgically repaired right knee against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 9 of the 2024 season. He missed the entire 2025 season because of the injury.
All, selected by his hometown Bengals in the fourth round of the 2024 draft, had 20 catches for 158 receiving yards as a rookie.
Grandy joined the Vikings in August after he was among players the Bengals cut to finalize their 53-man roster.
Grandy played in 13 games, making seven starts, over the past two seasons for the Bengals, totaling seven catches for 35 receiving yards.
"He (is) just somebody we can rely on, somebody we've got a lot of trust in," Taylor said of Grandy. "He was really a make-it roster guy for us and it just, we were so deep at a lot of spots. We can't keep nine tight ends, as much as we wanted to."
"So he's kind of always been a guy we viewed as a roster guy and this year just didn't work out and that was a really tough one for us," Taylor continued. "And so to get him back, I think is really critical because he's somebody we've always felt like was a part of this thing and so happy to get him back and he's gonna help us."
Grandy signed with the Bengals as an undrafted free agent after the 2024 NFL Draft.
